Join a Trusted Mortgage Operations Team – Be the Final Step in the Lending Process We’re hiring a Loan Shipper to help support the post-closing process for a nationally recognized homebuilding and mortgage company. In this detail-driven role, you’ll ensure the accurate review, packaging, delivery, and purchase of closed loan files and final documents. Your precision and time management will help maintain compliance and keep the lending process on track. This is a full-time, on-site position at our mortgage operations office. What You’ll Do: Review closed conventional and government loan files to ensure compliance with investor and agency guidelines Identify and report deficiencies in files; work with branch and closing teams to resolve issues Track loans submitted for purchase to ensure timely funding Package and deliver final documents to investors within required timelines Monitor and reconcile outstanding final documentation and investor reporting Provide additional support to the department as needed What We’re Looking For: Familiarity with real estate loan documentation, compliance standards, and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills A collaborative, customer-focused mindset Interested in hearing more?
