Location: North Royalton, OH Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM –
5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Pay Rate: $20-23/hr Overview As a
Customer Service Representative, you'll partner closely with the
sales team to deliver exceptional service and ensure our customers
receive the products and support they need. You'll handle order
management, solve problems proactively, and build strong
relationships with customers—all while contributing to the success
and mission of the organization. What You'll Do Order Processing &
Management Receive, verify, and accurately enter customer orders
into ERP/CRM systems, including changes, cancellations, and
returns. Coordinate order acknowledgments, confirmations, and
shipping documents like ASNs and BOLs. Customer Communication &
Support Keep customers informed with timely updates on pricing,
delivery dates, and potential delays via phone, email, and EDI/fax.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution Address and resolve inquiries,
complaints, invoicing discrepancies, shipping issues, and material
concerns, collaborating with internal teams as needed. Proactively
communicate any production issues or service delays that could
impact delivery timelines. Account & Data Management Maintain
accurate customer profiles, price lists, order histories, and data
integrity. Request internal approvals when changes to customer
accounts are needed. Coordination with Production & Logistics
Review production schedules and inventory reports (including
JIT/Kanban systems) to help ensure on-time delivery performance of
95% or better. Partner with Purchasing and Planning teams for
supply orders and floor safety requirements. Administrative &
Billing Support Assist with invoicing, billing discrepancies, and
credit or return authorizations (RMAs/RMOs). Keep thorough records
of sales activity, communication logs, and key performance metrics.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A team-player mindset and dedication to exceptional customer
service. Strong follow-up, time management skills, and the ability
to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus. Education & Experience High
school diploma or GED required; a college degree in Business,
Sales, Communications, or related field is preferred. 3–5 years of
experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing,
distribution, or an industrial environment. COM033 Nesco Resource
