Our client, a manufacturing and industrial business, is seeking a Cost Accountant to join their team. As a Cost Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the accounting and financial analysis functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cost Accountant Location: Warrendale, PA Pay Range: DOE Shift: Daylight hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Overtime may be required. What's the Job? Assist with job closings, invoicing, and financial reconciliations Develop and analyze cost structures in manufacturing or industrial settings Apply advanced knowledge of Cost Accounting principles to support financial decision-making Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with GAAP What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 3-5 years of experience in factory accounting or developing cost structures Advanced knowledge of Cost Accounting principles and GAAP Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and large business systems What's in it for me?
