a Business Continuity Lead within PNC's Business Resiliency
organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ or
Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a location
within PNC’s footprint. The Business Resiliency Lead will drive
Resilience activities for Business Resilience Management (BRM) for
PNC’s Line of Business (LOB). Responsible for the execution of
resilience risk strategies, plans, and program lifecycle execution.
• Work with 3-5 Business Resilience professions to lead daily
activities of LOB Business Resiliency plan oversight. Mentor peers
to develop employees and strengthen internal capabilities •
Supports strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing
programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting
business and regulatory expectations. • Oversees the timely and
proper execution of the Business Resiliency program lifecycle
within and/or across the assigned LOB segments and plans • Leads
and analyzes the development, maintenance, and new creation of
Critical Business Services (CBS) to align with Operational
Resilience standards while ensuring alignment with Business
Resilience Units (BRU) dependency requirements. • Provides
Resiliency risk expertise while working with the businesses and
other business partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies
emerging risks. • Leads in the development and maintenance of
business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing
and exercise, including tabletops, and participates in critical
crisis management and event management activities. Informs in the
selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the
business within a recovery time objective. • Understands and
informs the Retail LOB of relevant Third-Party Risk and Resiliency
impacts and works with the business to enhance, correct, or
duplicate contingency strategies to ensure maximum resilience. •
Leads the Business Resiliency lifecycle planning and Business
Impact Analysis (BIA). Helps team members to identify and quantify
the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
Enforces program Findings, including Lessons Learned actions, and
Risk Acceptance processes and policies to ensure compliance and
overall risk reduction in the environment. • Interfaces with
assigned LOB committee/executive to report on the compliance of
business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise
results. May consult in preparation for meetings with audit and
government regulators on business continuity issues. • Contributes
to high-profile initiatives through the development, enhancement
and dissemination of continuity processes and standards. • Analyzes
and monitors concentration risk across the loss pillars to identify
and respond to potentially compounding impacts across multiple
segments and/or LOBs • Supports the development and execution of
Resilience training and education to the LOB community. • Support
and comply with RCSA controls relevant to area(s) of oversight and
