Accounting Specialist This Accounting Specialist opportunity offers the ability to develop in a variety of accounting functions, with notable growth potential. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST: Data entry of approximately 100-200 invoices daily The Accounting Specialist will match invoices against purchase order for dollar amounts Data entry to Excel, review and verify accuracy of entries The Accounting Specialist will be trained to back up accounting functions across the team Assist with check runs and vendor maintenance EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE: Accounts Payable experience General accounting experience or exposure Strong desire to acquire additional accounting skills Advanced Excel skills Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
