Senior Accountant: Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in managing the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports Lead month-end and year-end closing activities Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis Support internal and external audits Maintain and improve accounting procedures and controls Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines The Senior Accountant is fully onsite in Macedonia, OH with a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
