You won't be buried in outdated processes Monthly leadership meetings and partake in decisions that impact decision making Strong reputation, minimal turnover, and is actively growing Report to a finance leadership who values autonomy, trusts their team, and supports development Key Responsibilities (Payroll Manager): Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employee population Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Partner with HR on benefits deductions, new hires, and terminations Drive payroll system optimization, automation, and process efficiency Support audits, reconciliations, and reporting requirements Qualifications (Payroll Manager): 5 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or manager role Strong knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state compliance requirements Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar) and Excel proficiency ZRCFS CFStaffing Payroll
