Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year A bit about us: We are a growing
general construction company based in Western Pennsylvania,
currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting
Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring
a solid foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting,
and analysis, while playing a key role in ensuring regulatory
compliance and delivering strategic financial insights to support

Insurance coverage 401K Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing
and managing the general accounting functions, including, but not
limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger,
and taxes. 2. Coordinating and directing the financial planning,
budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of all or part of
an organization. 3. Ensuring company financial records, under
responsibility, are maintained in compliance with company policies,
US GAAP, and local, state and federal regulations. 4. Managing and
tracking the performance of invested assets in keeping with
policies and investment guidelines. 5. Managing and preparing all
necessary information for the month-end close process, account
reconciliations and journal entries. 6. Executing payroll functions
ensuring all payroll expenses are booked and employees are paid
timely and accurately. 7. Analyzing financial data and create
financial models for decision support. 8. Working closely with the
management team to formulate the business's medium to long term
financial and strategic plan. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Experience in a
similar role, construction industry experience is a plus. 3.
Proficient in accounting software, experience with Sage 100 is a
plus. 4. Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP). 5. Experience with accounts receivable, payroll,
month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries,
analysis, debits, and credits. 6. Excellent analytical skills,
attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. 7.
